Phnom Penh Authorities Detain 665 Foreigners in Administrative Checks, 34 Without Passports
Phnom Penh authorities conducted administrative checks on 85 suspected online scam locations, identifying 665 foreigners and 34 individuals without passports. While no direct evidence of online scams was found, those detained were sent to the police headquarters, and some residential facility managers were fined.
