He stated that a Ministry of Women's Affairs has now been established to ensure that efforts for the women's sector continue with momentum. He also mentioned that the National Strategic Plan for the Advancement of Women (NSPAW) is being implemented to formulate and carry out activities related to women's rights and gender affairs, as well as programs for promoting women's rights. He emphasized that the collective participation of both women and men in building a Union based on democracy and federalism, as well as in ensuring the success of peace processes, is crucial. Therefore, he called on all relevant parties to work together in unity and participate more actively in the nation's development. Afterward, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman and attendees watched and encouraged performances featuring songs and dances commemorating Myanmar Women's Day. The Chairman presented the award for the female blood donor with the most donations. Council members and officials also presented awards to outstanding recipients of the Myanmar Women's Day commemorative excellence awards, those who excelled in arts and sciences combined, and the performers of the musical presentations. The ceremony was then concluded.
