World Bank: PH could unlock up to 7.1% of GDP with fiscal reforms

The Philippines could unlock between 3.6% and 7.1% of GDP in annual fiscal gains through tax base expansion, improved collection efficiency, and more effective public spending, according to a World Bank report.
