DFA Defends China Resupply Deal, Denies Restriction of PH Rights in South China Sea

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) defended the Philippines' Provisional Understanding on Rotation and Resupply (RORE) with China, asserting it does not restrict Philippine sovereign rights. Responding to criticisms from a retired Supreme Court Justice, the DFA highlighted that the pact has facilitated 15 incident-free missions.
