Ho Chi Minh City's People's Committee has allocated over 8,000 sqm of land to Santosa Investment and Development Corporation for the development of the nearly 46-hectare Dai An Eco-Urban Area in Long Dien commune. The company must fulfill financial obligations including land use fees and taxes.
