Vietnam Communist Party Central Committee Convenes 3rd Plenum, Focusing on Land Policy Reform

The 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam solemnly opened its 3rd Plenum on the morning of July 20, 2024, in the capital city of Hanoi.
