Phnom Penh, July 10, 2026 -- Mao Sela, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPTC), met with and shared the progress of digital technology development in Cambodia and the ministry's past achievements with approximately 80 IT major students from St. Paul University in Takeo province at the Ministry's headquarters on July 10, 2026. During the meeting, Undersecretary of State Mao Sela informed all students about the progress made by the ministry, including: internal reforms and national revenue mobilization, strengthening regulatory work, enhancing the quality of telecommunications services, human resource development, support for digital startup businesses, digital technology development, digital government construction, especially the development of the government document verification platform verify.gov.kh, which recently won an award from the United Nations, and the development of the DG SuperApp program, as well as other new achievements of the ministry. Undersecretary of State Mao Sela also encouraged the students to strive diligently in their studies and set clear goals in life to contribute to the nation's development.
