Hanoi: Heavy Rain Causes Temporary Flooding on Some Streets, Water Recedes Quickly
A widespread thunderstorm hit Hanoi on the afternoon of July 10, causing temporary localized flooding on some streets. However, thanks to the synchronized operation of the drainage system and key pumping stations, all flooded areas had receded by 6 PM the same day, and traffic returned to normal.
