Filinvest REIT Appoints Chairman Joseph Yap as New President

Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT) announced the appointment of its current chairman, Joseph Yap, as the new president and CEO, effective October 15, 2026. He will succeed Maricel Brion-Lirio, who will retire on the same date. Yap brings over 40 years of private sector experience, including a stint as Philippine Ambassador to Singapore.
