MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has announced that KMC Solutions will lease 9,800 square meters of office space across four floors at its GBF Center 1, located within the Bridgetowne estate. This expansion marks a significant commitment for KMC Solutions within RLC's integrated development. According to Robinsons Offices, RLC's office development and leasing arm, KMC Solutions will occupy four floors of the PEZA-registered, premium Grade A office building. GBF Center 1 is situated within Bridgetowne, RLC's master-planned destination estate designed for live-work-play-inspire living. The company highlighted that the development combines accessibility, premium office spaces, and a vibrant mixed-use environment conducive to business growth. Robinsons Offices described the property as a premium, accessible, future-ready, and sustainable workplace. Discussions regarding long-term growth opportunities within Bridgetowne took place between KMC Solutions CEO Parry Nagpal and Robinsons Offices senior vice president and business unit general manager Jericho Go. They were joined by KMC Solutions COO Tracy Ignacio and Robinsons Offices deputy general manager JP Balboa during a visit to the estate. The 9,800-sq m commitment from KMC Solutions adds to the growing list of office occupants at Bridgetowne, which RLC positions as a destination that integrates workplaces with commercial and lifestyle components. This deal underscores the continued demand for quality office spaces in the Philippines, particularly driven by the robust growth of the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, a key contributor to the nation's economy. The expansion of KMC Solutions within a prime development like Bridgetowne signals confidence in the Philippine real estate market and its capacity to support expanding businesses.
