Ho Chi Minh City has announced plans to construct an underground parking lot and commercial center as part of a waterfront beautification project at Bach Dang Wharf. The project, with an estimated cost of VND 29.317 trillion (approximately USD 1.2 billion), aims for completion between Q3 2026 and Q2 2029.
