Rockwell Cements Control of Alabang Town Center with P6.2B Stake Acquisition
Lopez-led Rockwell Land Corp. has further solidified its control over Alabang Town Center (ATC) by acquiring an additional 22.96% stake in its owner, Alabang Commercial Corp. (ACC), for P6.2 billion, bringing its total equity to 99.26%. The move paves the way for a major redevelopment of the 17.5-hectare property.
