MoEE Union Minister highlights push to expand domestic oil refining capacity

UNION Minister for Electricity and Energy U Ko Ko Lwin stressed the need to accelerate the establishment of oil refineries, noting that refined fuel prices, which were previously only about 30 per cent higher than crude
