Cambodia Encourages 21 Japanese Government Scholarship Recipients to Foster Human Capital
Cambodian Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, Heng Sour, met with 21 students awarded Japanese government scholarships under the JDS program. The students are set to depart for Japan in August 2026 for Master's and Doctoral programs.
