Sun Group to build 50,000 social housing units in Phu Quoc
Sun Group has launched a major project to build 50,000 social housing and rental units, along with infrastructure, in the An Thoi urban area of Phu Quoc. With a total investment of VND 40 trillion (approx. $1.6 billion), the initiative aims to bolster infrastructure ahead of the 2027 APEC summit and meet the housing needs of workers.
