Vietnam's Base Salary Increase to 2.53 Million VND: Pension Caps Rise to 40 Million VND
Starting July 1, Vietnam will increase the base salary to 2.53 million VND per month. This adjustment raises the ceiling for social insurance contributions, potentially pushing maximum pension payouts to nearly 40 million VND, while existing pensions and social benefits will see an 8% increase.
