Kampong Thom Province Urges Timely Completion of 3-Year Rolling Investment Plan 2027-2029

Kampong Thom Province has instructed its specialized departments and relevant agencies to meticulously develop and complete the 2027-2029 Three-Year Rolling Investment Plan within the stipulated timeframe. This initiative is crucial for achieving sustainable development goals. During a meeting held at the provincial hall on July 28, 2026, Deputy Governor Him Limeng urged the involved parties to prioritize the timely completion of the plan. The meeting was convened to disseminate the guidelines concerning the preparation and construction of the provincial three-year rolling investment program for 2027-2029. Deputy Governor Him Limeng clarified that the objective of the meeting was to ensure that all stakeholders understand the content of the guidelines, relevant legal documents, annual budget allocations, and the significance of their participation in formulating the provincial three-year rolling investment program. He emphasized that this program is vital for establishing plans and indicators to measure progress and incorporate essential activities, thereby ensuring the successful realization of expected outcomes.
