ASEAN Foreign Ministers Meet on 5-Point Consensus Implementation

The 59th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting and related consultations were held in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. As the chair, Cambodia emphasized the implementation of the "Five-Point Consensus" on the Myanmar situation, calling for strengthened regional cooperation and joint responses to regional challenges. Furthermore, the meeting addressed other critical issues of shared concern for the ASEAN region, such as maritime security, cybersecurity, and sustainable development, exploring concrete measures to enhance cooperation frameworks.
