Phnom Penh Cleans Major Road After Heavy Rainfall

Phnom Penh's Russian Federation Boulevard was urgently cleaned following flooding caused by recent heavy rainfall. Under Governor Khuong Sreng's directive, 10 vehicles were deployed for cleaning operations from the area in front of the airport to Chumpornvon School, aiming to protect public health and enhance the city's aesthetics.
