An ASEAN Observer Mission, led by the Philippines, visited displaced residents in Udor Mean Chey province, northern Cambodia, who are unable to return home due to alleged illegal occupation by Thai forces. The mission highlighted the urgent need to commence joint border demarcation to facilitate the safe return of approximately 490 households.
