Ho Chi Minh City Installs 7km Sound Barriers on Elevated Ring Road 3
Ho Chi Minh City is installing 7km of sound barriers along the elevated section of Ring Road 3 that passes through urban areas. The barriers aim to reduce noise levels below 70dB, improving residents' living environment and traffic safety. Construction is progressing towards a partial opening on September 30, 2024.
