Mandalay to host largest free youth festival on 1-2 August

THE largest-ever Youth Festival-Mandalay Edition, open free of charge to anyone with a youthful spirit, including young people aged between 15 and 25 in Mandalay, will be held at the Mandalay Convention Centre on 1 and 2
