Ombudsman Orders Senators Cayetano, Padilla to Answer Obstruction Raps Over Senate Shooting
The Office of the Ombudsman has ordered Senators Alan Cayetano and Robin Padilla, along with former Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Mao Aplasca, to respond to obstruction of justice charges stemming from a shooting incident at the Senate. The incident occurred the day after an attempt to serve an International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant on Senator Ronald dela Rosa.
