Intoxicated Transgender Woman Jumps into Pattaya Sea on Walking Street After Cannabis Use, Rescued by Police
A transgender woman, reportedly in a state of panic or psychosis after smoking cannabis, jumped into the sea on Pattaya's Walking Street early June 14th. Police and rescue workers responded promptly and safely retrieved her after approximately 30 minutes. She was taken to the hospital.
