Ho Chi Minh City's Support Efforts Bolster Border and Maritime Defense

For years, Ho Chi Minh City has consistently directed its sentiment, responsibility, and practical actions towards its borders, territorial waters, and islands. A delegation from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City offered incense to commemorate heroes and martyrs, expressing gratitude. Prime Minister Le Minh Hung, leading a delegation from the Party, State, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, paid respects to former Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji.
