PAGASA declares end of monsoon season
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has declared the end of the southwest monsoon season due to shifts in weather patterns. However, rainfall is still expected in the southern parts of the country due to an external tropical cyclone.
