Vietnam and Russia Lay Legal Groundwork for Long-Term Energy Cooperation

During his state visit to the Russian Federation, on the morning of September 8, local time, in Moscow, Vietnamese President and General Secretary of the Communist Party To Lam held a meeting with Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russia. The two leaders discussed strengthening the legal framework to promote long-term energy cooperation between the two countries.
