The Communist Party of Vietnam is rolling out a special theme titled 'Strategic Leadership in the New Era: A Century of Vision, Breakthrough Thinking, Development Creation, and Effective Governance.' This initiative aims to guide the nation's development and enhance its standing in the international community. This directive was particularly emphasized by General Secretary and President Tô Lâm during the closing ceremony of the knowledge update and capacity development program for members of the 14th Central Committee, organized by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
