Vietnam Proposes Energy Security as ASEAN Pillar at Foreign Ministers' Meeting
Vietnam proposed making energy security and transition a pillar of ASEAN-Canada relations at the ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting, urging expanded cooperation in renewables, hydrogen, and nuclear power. Bilateral meetings with China, Japan, and Laos also took place, strengthening diplomatic ties.
