Cambodia and Japan Sign Memorandum on Electronic Navigational Chart Project to Enhance Maritime Safety

Cambodia and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) have signed a memorandum of cooperation to enhance the capacity for producing, updating, and distributing Electronic Navigational Charts (ENCs).
