Cambodia Arrests 13 Foreign Nationals in Cyberfraud and Document Forgery Case
Phnom Penh authorities have arrested 13 foreign nationals, 11 Indonesians and 2 Chinese, on suspicion of involvement in cyberfraud and public document forgery. Seized items include computers, mobile phones, and fake visas. Prime Minister Hun Manet emphasized that Cambodia will not be a base for criminals.
