Vietnam's Communist Party General Secretary and President To Lam has stated that the development and deployment of Party cadres are top priorities for the capital city of Hanoi. This statement was made during a meeting organized by Inspection and Supervision Team No. 218 of the Party Central Committee, when a draft report on the inspection and supervision results of the Hanoi Party Committee's Standing Committee for 2026 was adopted. General Secretary and President To Lam emphasized that Hanoi should play a "leading role" in the development of Party cadres.
