ASEAN Observer Team Inspects Cambodian Health Centre, Verifies Attack Damage
An ASEAN Observer Team visited the Techo Morakot Health Centre in northern Cambodia to assess the damage from an attack last December. The centre, confirmed to be a public healthcare facility and not a military site, suffered extensive destruction from aerial bombardment and artillery. Cambodia reiterated its commitment to agreements with Thailand.
