Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Visits and Gifts to Meritorious Individuals in Nghe An

On the afternoon of July 25, a delegation from the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, led by Secretary Nguyen Tuong Lam, visited Nghe An province. The delegation met with and presented gifts to war veterans, former youth volunteers, and families facing economic hardship who are beneficiaries of state policies. Gifts from General Secretary and President To Lam were presented to war veterans at the Nghe An War Veterans Rehabilitation Center. This initiative underscores Vietnam's commitment, as a socialist state, to honor and support individuals who have contributed to the nation's construction and defense. In Vietnam's one-party system, such activities are considered crucial for fostering national unity and improving citizens' lives. Nghe An province, having played a significant role during the Vietnam War, is home to many individuals recognized for their contributions.
