The delegation met with and presented gifts to war veterans, former youth volunteers, and families facing economic hardship who are beneficiaries of state policies. Gifts from General Secretary and President To Lam were presented to war veterans at the Nghe An War Veterans Rehabilitation Center. This initiative underscores Vietnam's commitment, as a socialist state, to honor and support individuals who have contributed to the nation's construction and defense.
