Metro Manila to Add 13 Pumping Stations to Combat Flooding

The Philippine government will add 13 pumping stations to the 73 currently managed by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to address flooding in the National Capital Region (NCR). President Marcos stated that these new stations are expected to be operational by the end of the year or early 2027.
