24-Year-Old Woman Rescued After 8 Hours Adrift in Da Nang Waters

Ms. Truong Thi Phuong (24 years old) was walking with a group of friends on a rocky shore when they were suddenly caught by a large wave and fell into the sea. Of the four people involved, three were women who could not swim. Ms. Phuong drifted at sea for about 8 hours, miraculously maintaining her life. She was eventually discovered and rescued by the crew of Ship 629, belonging to the Naval Region 3 Command of the Vietnam People's Navy.
