Vietnam Mandates Airline Refunds for Long Flight Delays Starting July

Starting July 1, Vietnam will mandate airlines to refund full fares or the value of unused portions for flight delays exceeding four hours, as per new aviation regulations. The decree also enhances provisions for refreshments and accommodation based on delay duration.
