Trillanes can hold presser after withdrawing as impeachment trial witness – experts

Former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV, after withdrawing as a witness in the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte, can hold a press conference as he is not a party to the proceedings and is thus not bound by the sub judice rule, legal experts say.
