DOTr Offers Free Rides Amid Transport Strike in Metro Manila

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) announced free shuttle services in select Metro Manila areas on July 23, in response to a two-day strike by transport group Manibela. The strike protests rising fuel prices and demands fare increases.
