Da Nang City Accelerates Project Processing to Eliminate Delays

Da Nang City, a major hub in central Vietnam, is taking a decisive stance to resolve project processing delays, strengthening collaboration with investors and businesses. The City People's Committee has announced a policy to overcome difficulties, unlock resources, and foster cooperation with enterprises and investors. The Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee inspected the progress of the regional connecting road project with Quang Nam province, instructing the elimination of delays and early completion. The city has announced 350 projects and land use areas subject to special mechanisms, which will promote the improvement of the investment environment and the smooth execution of projects. In particular, accelerating the progress of social housing projects is considered an urgent task, with efforts being strengthened to meet the housing needs of citizens. Furthermore, Da Nang City has approved approximately 9 trillion Vietnamese Dong for compensation and resettlement costs for the high-speed railway project, marking a significant step in national infrastructure development. Additionally, the decision to convert the purpose of the yacht harbor project to public use aims to effectively utilize urban space and contribute to the local community. Efforts are also underway to resolve bottlenecks in key transportation projects in the southern part of the city, which is expected to revitalize the regional economy. The progress of these infrastructure developments is also positively impacting Da Nang City's real estate market, contributing to its revitalization.
