Lodger beats three family members with a hammer and robs them

It is reported that an incident occurred in the Town-U-Kala Township of Yangon Region, where a man, who was a close acquaintance of the mother, threatened family members and robbed them of valuable items by beating them with a hammer while staying overnight at their home. The incident occurred on July 31, and began when a man, who was a close acquaintance of the mother, came to stay overnight at a house located on Anawma Street 1, Ward 13, Town-U-Kala Township. While staying overnight, the man threatened the mother, daughter, and niece inside the house, robbed them of valuable items, and also beat them with a hammer, according to the Aye Chan Phyu Sin Charitable Association. Due to the beating with a hammer, the mother, daughter, and niece sustained injuries, and the Aye Chan Phyu Sin Charitable Association in the area provided emergency transportation to the hospital for medical treatment, as announced on their social media page.
