Deputy Minister of Health Do Xuan Tuyen affirmed that the Party and the State consistently prioritize creating mechanisms and policies that enable young people to develop their potential, pursue their aspirations, and contribute to the country's development in the new era. He called on the Viet Nam Population Authority to work closely with ministries, sectors, and local authorities to effectively implement the Population Law and national population programs, particularly the national target program for healthcare, population and development for 2026–2035.
