Man Fatally Shot Outside Drink Stall in Dak Lak, Suspect Flees

Around 6:55 PM on July 2, Mr. Hua Hong Hai, 47, residing in Ea Knop commune, was drinking water in front of house number 176 Tran Nhat Duat street, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province.
