President U Min Aung Hlaing to Visit Thailand Officially

President U Min Aung Hlaing will make an official visit to Thailand in the coming days at the invitation of Thai Prime Minister Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on August 3. During the visit, the President will meet with the Thai Prime Minister, hold bilateral discussions, meet with the Speaker of the Thai Senate, and receive representatives from economic organizations, as well as attend an economic forum, according to the announcement. It is also understood from the announcement that matters to further strengthen the existing friendly relations between Myanmar and Thailand, and matters concerning cooperation in economic, cultural, and all sectors between the governments and peoples of the two countries will be discussed through frank exchange of views. It has been announced that Union Ministers and responsible officials will accompany the President on this visit.
