Ho Chi Minh City is set to auction three large land plots in the Thủ Thiêm new urban area. Notably, plot 3-12 has a starting bid exceeding VND1 million (approx. $40 USD) per square meter. The combined starting price for all three plots is nearly VND14.575 trillion (approx. $600 million USD), marking a significant increase from previous auction attempts.
