Miss World 2026 winner Joheirry Mola and her two runners-up were warmly welcomed in Ho Chi Minh City on the afternoon of September 8, three days after the conclusion of the pageant, as they traveled from Khanh Hoa Province. First runner-up Elisabeth Reynés Alabern, 22, from Spain, described her experience in Vietnam as feeling "at home" and thanked the hosts for their hospitality. She is a graduate in hospitality management and is multilingual. Second runner-up Taanusiya Chetty, 26, from Malaysia, was touched by a birthday surprise, saying, "I will remember this lovely moment forever." A teacher, model, and social activist, she impressed with her charity project focused on education and development for vulnerable children, which helped her secure a spot in the top 6. The top three contestants are scheduled to remain in Vietnam for upcoming activities with sponsors and charitable projects.
