Romualdez's condition not emergency, doctor tells court
The doctor who admitted former House Speaker Martin Romualdez to a private hospital for chest pains testified in court that his condition was not an emergency, despite an arrest warrant being issued for him on the same day. Romualdez is seeking continued hospitalization citing various ailments.
