Hanoi Adjusts Traffic Organization for Temporary Opening of Ring Road 1

Hanoi, Vietnam's capital, has announced adjustments to its traffic organization in preparation for the temporary opening of the Hoang Cau-Voi Phuc section of Ring Road 1.
