The Myanmar high-level delegation led by State Administration Council Chairman U Min Aung Hlaing and his wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla, who were on an official visit to Vietnam, returned to Nay Pyi Taw by special aircraft on the afternoon of September 6. The Myanmar high-level delegation led by the State Administration Council Chairman and his wife was welcomed by Vice Presidents U Nyo Saw and Daw Nan Ni Ni Aye, Speaker of the People's Assembly U Khin Ri, Speaker of the National Assembly U Aung Lin Dway, Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services General Ye Win Oo, Union Ministers, and officials from the Vietnamese Embassy in Myanmar. The Myanmar high-level delegation led by State Administration Council Chairman U Min Aung Hlaing and his wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla visited Vietnam from September 4 to 6 on an official trip at the invitation of Vietnamese President Mr. To Lam and his wife. During the visit, the State Administration Council Chairman met with the Vietnamese President and held bilateral talks. He also met and discussed with the Vietnamese Prime Minister and the Speaker of the Vietnamese National Assembly. In addition, he attended and delivered a speech at the Myanmar-Vietnam Economic Forum. It is also reported that during the visit, candid discussions and exchanges of views were held on matters related to strengthening the existing friendly relations between Myanmar and Vietnam, increasing cooperation between the governments, parliaments, and peoples of the two countries, and cooperation in economic, cultural, and various sectors.
