Col. Romeo Villalobos Jr. has been installed as the new director of the Agusan del Sur Provincial Police Office (ADSPPO), succeeding Col. Yahya Yusup. The turnover ceremony was presided over by Brig. Gen. Rolindo Suguilon, director of the Police Regional Office-13 (PRO-13), at the provincial police headquarters’ Kabalikat Hall on Monday. Suguilon commended Yusup, who had led the provincial police since March 2024, and expressed confidence in Villalobos’ ability to build upon the organization’s gains.
